Our Healthcare Services
Residential Programs
Resource Overwatch has experience creating, implementing, and refining residential programs. We can oversee inpatient programs or work with organizations on identification and maintenance of program locations, training and staffing of personnel, standardization of clinical standards, and measurement of successful outcomes.
Crisis Hotline
Help when and where you need it. Selection of service providers, staffing, answer rates, call-to-answer times are all important criteria for successful crisis hotlines before you even get into the training and re-training on effective answering of the calls. We look at all aspects to measure and refine how to help more people effectively in their greatest hours of need.
Assessments
Our assessment services are available for both individual and organizational needs. Resource Overwatch has designed custom assessment and survey tools and partnered with technology groups to personalize delivery. We also have medical and clinical doctors who can utilize standard assessments.
Outpatient / Community
Whether community market research is needed or the problem is identified and the solutions need execution, Resource Overwatch can be your healthcare partner for outpatient and community programs. We know how to market, promote, execute, and operate effective solutions depending on your needs.
Counseling / Telehealth
We have targeted, hired, and trained hundreds of therapists who have provided a variety of therapeutic modalities in a variety of settings: individual, group, family, in-person and remote. Telehealth has grown in prevalence due to its proven effectiveness, ease of hiring and maintaining quality staff, and reduced travel time for clients which increases frequency and timeliness.
Recruitment & Development
In order to deliver effective healthcare, you need to identify, interview, recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain effective employees. Your organization is ultimately only as good as the people you hire. It is expensive to turn employees. Resource Overwatch has in-depth experience in proven recruitment and development of personnel.
Outcome-driven measures
How do you know if the path or treatment course chosen was the right one? How do you know if it works?
With healthcare, it is difficult, if not impossible, to know in microcosm whether that specific set of decisions matched the specific set of circumstances and whether the outcome would have been better or worse had other choices been made. What is measurable is the aggregate or macro view of a large sample size of decisions and long-term outcomes.
Also, it is certainly possible to measure the systematic and process decisions such as: what was the response time? What were the qualifications of those who responded? What was the individual’s history of training? What kind of therapies were used? Was the patient present and for how many sessions? Did we answer the phone? Did we answer in a timely manner?
The more we focus on what we can measure and reconsider the initial decisions as well as the end results, the incrementally better we can become as individuals and organizations over time. At Resource Overwatch we are dogged in our desire to measure, improve, react, and refine.
