What is the Marketing Funnel?

We view marketing opportunities as a reflection of analysis, data, execution, proactivity, and a willingness to modify and adjust. The marketing funnel is a superior lens in which we view these opportunities:

Awareness: First they need to know about your company, product, or service.

Interest: Once they know, they decide if your offering is something they need or want at the cost offered (cost includes direct and indirect costs).

Intent: Now they decide: is the value there? We define Value as Benefits – Cost = Value.

Action: Customers engage with your company, product or service.
